I like the fact that i wrote a plan of what i was going to accomplish today, pre planning win?

today has been one of the worst days ive had in a while - everything has just been so shit today, work dragged out for ages, managed to fuck my arm up on the cages and everyone seemed so pissed as well. slept like crap and look like shit just not feeling it today. i miss my bestfriend - hed make me smile about now n then i wudnt care about anyone it :/
